razorgator.com is the best. the day before eric clapton played in san antonio, my dad and i decided to go and we were able to get front row seats for it. it was pretty sweet. i'm not sure about the convenience charge, because i'm thinking that all online ticket things have that unless you buy from the box office at the concert or whatever, or from ebay.com. however, if you're going to buy online, razorgator is so much better than ticketmaster.
EDIT: the box office at the venue.

at a movie theatre, it is the place where you buy tickets.

Kroger stores have ticketmaster tickets...just go the the customer service desk and tell them what you want tickets for...they'll show you available seats and help you pick out what you want...also try the box office for the event you want to go to...they'll also have them.
