nothing really makes boobs grow, it's just genetics and body type. They are still part of your body, and it's not like there is some secret way to make your nose, or your elbows grow!
If you gain weight, your body fat percentage will increase, and your breasts will probably fill with more fatty tissue, but most girls don't want to gain weight just to get bigger boobs.
The muscle under your breasts, called the pectoral, can also increase in size if you do lots of exercises (google: pectoral exercises) This can make your boobs appear larger, because they will be slightly farther out.
There isn't too much you can do, so I suggest just getting a good padded bra or pushup bra and focus on drawing attention to your other beautiful features!
p.s. small boobs aren't necessarily bad. A lot of guys think they are sexy, think paris hilton, keira knightly, they all have small boobs

i dont think anything. but if you eat healthy your body grows and so that might help. :]
