i went on ticketmaster.com on saturday and bought 3 tickets to a WNBA NY Liberty game on sunday. there was an $8.25 convenience charge. my friend said that meant they're charging an extra $8.25 becuase i bought the tickets the day before the game. but they have another game on friday, and i went on ticketmaster.com right now to buy more tickets but there's still an $8.25 convenience charge. what is that?!
orphans answered Monday August 20 2007, 5:17 pm: That's extra money that goes to ticketmaster. They don't run that website for free and every time you buy a ticket from them, they charge a little extra for themselves. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
