or a personalized chain with your date on it {like the 2 heart halves]

Well think deep down what have you guys ever found speacil in you relationship and find the closes thing to it.ex:i got my gf a promise ring becuz me and her would make promises to each other so much:) does that make sense?

maybe you could make him a leaving book

just get a plain book / Scrap book
put pictures in comments and anything elseyou can think of
then he can keep that to remind him of you
make sure you keep in contact
