um well melanie says she hates lindsay and she is not friends with her when ever she is not around lindsay and she is being a hipocrite and saying stay away from her never talk to her and i won't but she does it anyways and she tells everyone she doesn't like her well she goes to her house like everyday and when we are in school after shcool she always goes to her house she does like everything with her so my question what should i tell melanie or what should i say to lindsay about because she doesn't knoew anything about what melanie says
and one time i was at my friends house and we called melanie and lindsay was there and we are like you don't like lindsay why do you hang out with her and she was standing up to her and stuff like that and when we talked to her the next day she said sorry i had to stick up for her she was right next to me so we said.....
so then a few weeks later she goes to lindsay house and is on myspace and i said melanie you don't like lindsay why are you at her house shut up i never said that and i said melanie wants your password so she told me to do this thing to get her password and then she blamed it on me so now everybody in her family is aggested me and her mom was going to talk to my mom then the next day melanie says to me she was right next to me i had to say it was you or i would get in trouble
so anyways what should i say or do?????

what you should say to melanie is "why are you telling everyone you hate lindsay and not to talk to her and stuff, and you say that you hate her, but you go and hang out with her all the time?" and that is a really stupid thing for her to do.
and maybe you shodul tell lindsay everything melanie says because melanie isnt just being a bad friend to you, but to lindsay also.
now for melanie to get you in trouble like that, she is DEFFINATLY not a good friend. and you shoudl tell her "just becasue you didnt want to get in trouble, you got your best friend in trouble. and that is not what friends do." and maybe you shoudl also tell her that if she is going to keep lieing to you, her others friends AND lindsay about you, then tell her that you dont want to be her friend. and also tell her that if she dosent tell lindsay the truth abotu all of this, then tell her that you wont be her friend unless she does.
and if melanie says thats wrond to do, its not. melanie is being a hypocryte and a mean person, and worst of all, a bad friend.
and if one day melanie and lindsay arent hanging out, then talk to lindsay abotu it PRIVATELY, and tell her the truth abtou EVERYTHING.
