Go to the "startup" tab and make sure anything associated with Real is unchecked.
That will prevent Rhapsody from running and delete most of its files, though there will still be leftover registry entries and files. It's fine to just leave those files, they won't harm anything. [ theymos's advice column | Ask theymos A Question ]
