Building indurence(sp)

Question Posted Thursday August 16 2007, 6:00 pm

Ok
So in 5 days (counting today) I have school. My school campus is like a college campus, we have to walk so far sometimes. Anyway, I have very bad muscle pains and joint problems, and my doctor doesn't want me to do sports and all that...BUT, he is ok with doing some physical stuff...but since doing sports was how I got in shape. I need to build up my indurence...does anyone know any easy things that I can do that won't hurt my body to an extreme but yet build my indurence up some? I'm a 15/f...XD in case that helps

Thanks in advance!

Swimming is ideal for this sort of thing as you're not putting any weight on the joints but still having a good workuot.

Any sort of cardio-vascular acyivity should be ok.
