question about fitnesse

Question Posted Thursday August 16 2007, 10:47 am

I posted a question and you answered it but I still have some questions. You stated that the body can't control wear the meat goes,so how do I exactly get more meat on my body cause I'm skinny now, just eat more? When I eat more it all goes to my stomach,or is there a specific food group?

thanks for answering

Just do strength exercises, like lifting weights and such.

Try eating more lean meats as well, and lots of protein, like nuts and eggs.

You can't control where the meat will go, though. It's just a luck of the draw.

If you need anymore help, just ask.
