i'm pretty skinny.
i wanna gain weight on my legs, is there anyway to gain weight on my legs anything i can eat or do?

You know.. everyone's body is different... so it might be hard for you to gain weight in your legs.. but if you want your legs more muscular and toned... then do lunges whenever you get a chance, they work great and you can feel the burn right away. Make sure you do them right though, your knee shouldn't go over your toe and the back knee should almost touch the ground. Do them slow and make sure you feel the excercise working!.. hope I helped you !=) ]
do some workouts with machines with leg pushes or just.. run, itll add muscle. ]
