one a day weight smart

Question Posted Tuesday August 14 2007, 8:24 pm

for those of you who used one a day pill and were successful with it, how much weight did you lose?
how extreme was your diet?
and did you gain the weight back after/if you went off the pill?

I was on couple different diet pills. First one was all herbal etc... I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks but I gained it all back. Second was trimspa and i didnt lose ANY weight. So I ultimately started exercising and thats when i started to lose weight. So I am pretty sure all the diet pills don't work. My friend was on that, she actually gained more weight after she stopped taking one a day

Whatever you do, do not fall into the diet traps of taking diet pills or going on diets like the Aitkins diet, Nutrasystem, .etc.

1. Sure, some of them work, but once you stop when you reach your goal, you will gain back every pound that you lost, if not more.

2. Diets like Aitkins, One A Day Weight Smart, Nutrasystem, .etc have been proven to be bad for various parts and organs of your body. For example, the Aitkins diet has been proven to be bad for your pancreas.

The best solution that also works the best is to just eat healthy and exercise. There is no miracle diet that will help you lose weight effectively without exercise. I'd just try going to the gym and lifting weights, or even take up jogging and job 1 mile a day, until you feel comfortable with that length, and then go to 2 miles a day, then 3, and so on. You gotta move it to lose it. :D
