Question Posted Monday August 13 2007, 7:42 pm

I went to the lake yesterday and went wakeboarding for 2 hours and tubing for another hour. So, what exactly did I work out?

I'm 17/f and, of course, I want to know if I can lose a lot of weight and get toned if I keep wakeboarding..

that will work mostly your legs and some of your upper body.

wakeboarding would help a little bit along with a good diet and other exercise.
