And without exercising, you're depriving your body of the needed exercise and results may not come as quickly as it would if you combined healthy eating and exercise.
That's my forum. I have 4 topics on losing weight/eating healthy. It should explain a lot of stuff and help you lose weight. I really do suggest you at least walk for 20min 3 times a week. At LEAST. Good luck!
