i have a weight problem and i need to lose a lot of it and fast any one know how to before school starts besides exersising?????

if you dont exersize then your going to loose very much weight.

you need to atleast walk a mile a day.

eat healthy.

but really,
no exersize,
you mine as well starve yourself to loose weight.
it will go fast then

Sorry to say but you can't lose weight fast and keep it off, and I assume you'd like to keep that weight off, right? And without exercising, you're depriving your body of the needed exercise and results may not come as quickly as it would if you combined healthy eating and exercise.

That's my forum. I have 4 topics on losing weight/eating healthy. It should explain a lot of stuff and help you lose weight. I really do suggest you at least walk for 20min 3 times a week. At LEAST. Good luck!

If you would like to lose a lot of weight than what you should do is eat diet food and also eat cereal a lot the one that says diet and eat lots of fruit and vegetables, the thing you have to lay off are bread, rice, and lots of grease in any of your foods like french fries and cheeseburgers and so on.
