Need To Gain Weight!

Well right now I think I stoped gaining wight I'm also not getting taller or anything. I'm a 15 year old girl and weigh around 105lbs and I'm about 5'5" tall...I would really like to gain weight in my "upper area"...If it wasn't for my "butt area", I wouldn't even be at 105lbs...my arms are really skinny and I wanna get a bigger chest..lol..like, my shoulders are really bony and my spine also sticks out(which is kinda gross..lol..) Also, my waist is pretty skinny to...but I don't have a toned stomach..although it looks toned because you can see my ribs..so it looks like abs! I guess this is all because I used to be aneroxic, but now I wanna gain wight, but I don't know how...What could be a healthy way to gain wight???

do muscle building exercises like pushups, squats etc. but lay of the cardio for a while. don't only eat sugary fatty foods, because even if you gain weight, that isn't healthy.
drink a lot of 2 % milk, yogurt, fruits and veggies. try to eat foods like avacado (you can make it into guacamole which is delicious) nuts and legumes, like almonds, peanuts, walnuts, peanut butter, and lots of whole wheat bread. eat lots of pasta and you will definitley start gaining weight

Dear You,

Look.....all of this you wanting to get a bigger bust...well...it comes naturally. You cant make it happen unless you get surgery...and would not reccomend it until your older. All this skinniness with you body, is a consequence on the choice that you made of being anorexic. The best way to gaing weight would be to eat, obviously, you can work out, but to gain the amount of weight that you want i wouldnt reccomend working out alot...maybe once a week just until you reach you weight goal.
