If you sign up for their "Take Charge" program everything is free, make sure to bring your social security number though! They need that for filing, and everytime they call you they call from a private number! You'll love it. [ impress_me_baby's advice column | Ask impress_me_baby A Question ]

What they do is refer to you as a number they give you and then you can call back with that number or return with the number and get your results within a certain period.
That is a popular clinic. In the upper right hand corner, you can type in your zip code & see where the closest center is. If there isn't one in your area, you could always go to a local hospital. You can call ahead of time at any clinic & ask if it can be done privately without a guardian's consent. You do not need to give out your name & information when you call, but you will have to once you're there. Its private information so most of the time you can get the test alone & won't need your parents there with you.
