Help me find the name of this chord PLZ!

The notes are D#, A, B, and F. On the guitar the fingerings are

e-----2-----------
B-----0-----------
G-----2-----------
D-----1-----------
A-----x-----------
E-----x-----------

wow, that's definitely not a chord you see every day

here's what i'm coming up with:
Bm5 7 (not sure how to write that, but it's Bm5 and B7 like put together?)
i just played that on my guitar, and it sounds like a 7 chord more than anything else, like you would hear in a jazz or blues song. i played that chord and it fell nicely into a 12 bar blues pattern in E. hmm, i'll have to use that chord again! haha :)

F 7 b5
