buying a random gift for him

i've been with my boyfriend for a little over a year, i want to buy a gift for him, just because i love him. im not sure what i'd like to buy him though, nothing like extremley expensive or something out of a 25 cent machine. something under 30 dollars. or even something i could make under 30 dollars. all comments && ideas are appreciated =]

I made my boyfriend a fleece blanket with his favorite sports team on it. its really easy and you don't have to sew it... you just tie it. you can get the material at any fabric store and it only costs about $25. my bf really liked it! here's a website with instructions. it's sooooo easy... only takes like 45 minutes to make.
