i always feel sluggish and want to nap in the afternoon. is there a reason for this?

That's normal, take a short nap of 15-60 minutes in length when that happens. Humans are naturally biphasic sleepers, which means they sleep two times a day. The rigorous schedule enforced by our capitalistic society usually keeps us from doing that. ]
You may not be getting enough sleep, or you could actually be getting TOO much sleep.
Make sure when you wake up you eat a healthy breakfast to kick start your day and keep active.
Sitting around doing nothing will make anyone sluggish despite how much sleep they've had or what they've eaten!
If you think it's more than what I've suggested, it could be worth checking with a doctor, to rule out any illnesses, such as anemia. ]
excersise!!
if you excersise, even just talking a walk outside youll feel 20 times better!
also, make sure you eat a good breakfast :)
