Some people take longer to orgasm or get turned on than others.

Also there are two sensitive places for the girl- the clit and the g-spot, many girls are stimulated best by the clit but another handful, find the g-spot more satisfying. The clit is easier to find because its right there but the g-spot is in the back top of your vagina so it can be harder to find, but it can give more pleasure for certain people. Try to masturbate while your already turned on, like while thinking about a guy/girl or wathcing porn.

Hope i helped.

Most women can't orgasm. If you can't now (I'm assuming you're a teenager), you might be able to when you're closer to middle aged.

Yes, you may be able to orgasm through clitoral stimulation, but it does usually feel uncomfortable or even painful if you do this while it is dry. Try using a lubricant when you do this if you're not wet enough. Try not to focus on how you're not getting an orgasm right away. It can take up to a half an hour or more for a female to reach orgasm. If you think you're not going to reach one, you probably won't. So, go in thinking you're going to achieve one. Hope this helps.
