When you edit an answer, does the person have to look at the question to see the edit, or does it show the little 1 next to "your questions" like it does when you get a new answer?
No, they are not alerted. There is currently not an easy way to do that. The plan is to have them get an e-mail when an answer is edited, but it hasn't been accomplished yet. It is on the to-do list. [ DangerNerd's advice column | Ask DangerNerd A Question ]
