why do people get haircuts after a breakup?

some people do it because they want to put it behind them, and some people do it to make them jealous.

Haha... I've never heard that before! But I guess it would be a way of putting the past behind them and starting fresh. Another reason could be that they had kept their old hairstyle for a long time because their bf or gf liked it that way, so now they're free to change it.

maybe because they want to start renewed after a traumatic experience they want to get maybe new clothes, hairstyles, and sometimes even crazy as a new house just to try to forget the person they broke up with
