How about a gift certificate to the video store or Burger King or McDOnalds.

Sometimes the best gift is the gift of your time.
YOu could make up your own gift certificate for a movie or a shopping trip or a pizza lunch. It's a gift for you both - since your cousin will have fun and you will get to know your cousin better.

Well, you can never go wrong with money. But if its a girl mabey get her some clothes on make up or jewelry, something like that.Mabey virtual pets like littlest pet shop or tomagotchi, for guys probably video games or guy stuff like a skateboard. But it really depends on there personality so you know them better than i do, you could always ask there parents.
Hope this helps!
