GROWING.
well, i'm only 13, and I am just being honest
with you, I have a big butt. ( but like, i'm
skinny ) I have had my period since November
and so far, my boobs havent grown since like
two months ago! I'm getting worried, my period
is always heavy & frequent... but my breasts
just arent growing like they used to. I'm
pretty flat now I guess. So whats wrong?
Oh, and my family all have large breasts.

This is normal! You're going through puberty and your body's gonna be pretty messed up for awhile. Everybody goes through it. Even though your breasts were growing and they've 'stopped', they probably haven't. You have a few more years until you're done growing. Maybe up to 5 more years. My friend didn't get boobs until this year, and she's sixteen. She was flat before. Everybody in her family has large breasts, like yours. Just give it some time and you'll sprout eventually.

its called transition time, your body is totally messed up it's trying to turn into a women and it's just doing it in weird ways, puberty does that, see for along time i had large breasts, no butt, and no hips, now i have really nice hips and my butt is getting there but i looked really bad all top heavy and straight as a guy all the rest of the way down.
nothing is wrong just have patience and find clothes that make your butt look smaller and a shirt that makes your breasts look bigger to make you look porportioned
