Does anyone know how long do hair prostheses last for before the need of a replacement?

AND

Does anyone know what hair prostheses are made from (the materials it is made from) with reasons why this material is used and not others.

All information would be Great and please if you do know some specific websites please tell, not just www.google.com something specific please!!

I would just like to mention before i awnser your question that I could care less about the rating I get and I really dont even want one, what I really want is comments, I care what people think not a 'number.'
