in love w/ best friend
so ive been best friends with this one boy for like 5 years. we like think of each other as brother and sister. but now i feel like i really, really like him. maybe even in love with him. im scared that it would ruin our friendship if we date and then breakup. but I REALLY HAVE FEELINGS FOR HIM! what should i do?

I think if you really care about your best friend in that way, then you should tell him. It's possible that he feels the same way, and just never wanted to say anything about it. Of course, if you guys did date and it didn't work out, it would probably be slightly awkward. But I think if you're confident that your friendship could survive something like that, then go for it. I know, it's a really tricky situation...But it's likely if you're smart about everything, it'll work out for you in the end. :]
