Why do they try? Mostly because they are either immature, selfish, or think they are invincible- i.e.- the 'it won't happen to me' syndrome. They think things like pregancies and STD's only happen to someone ELSE. It's a good thing that you know better and stick to your guns.
They will try to give you reasons like 'i can't feel as much with a condom on'- this may be partially true, but what you need to tell them is this: you'll be feeling a heck of a lot more than you would if you didn't get any at all!
It's not easy for girls, they generally have to be the smart ones and girls mature faster than guys. So guys just don't always think! Also, they don't have to worry about the possibility of carrying a baby for 9 months do they?
