What to do when a frienship is stuck?

Question Posted Saturday August 4 2007, 4:47 am

I been hanging out with this girl for many months now. We had are up and downs and where okay. Well, she was told by her best-friend, who told her i was no good and all the bad shit and she stop talking to me for about a month and half(ended in june). Then, we went out starting back this month, after which all the feelings we had for each other came up when we didn't. I got emotionally after we hanged out and told her I had feelings stronger for her than friends, but before i can say anything, she tells me the same thing first! So, i am cool but now she likes doesn't talk on the phone much after that. But she hungs me and gigles and gets goofy when I am around and she tells my mom stuff and i be listening on the other phone, like she likes me and her heart is fine where it is with us and all that. Can someone give me some good help! I desparate, please can we chat on yahoo messenger or something. I need some answers.

thanks

First of all, this girl sounds like she really likes you, and I don't think you have anything to worry about :] Every relationship that's important has ups & downs. I had the same problem after I started dating one of my good friends. Basically, I just talked to him about how I felt, how it was weird and everything, and things got better. He started calling me more & asking me to hangout, instead of things being awkward.

Hope that helped & Good luck :]

are you a guy? and are you talking about liking your friend and her friends don't like you?
Well if you are, ask her to figure out why they(her friends) don't like you. Then you can try to 'prove' to them that your better than they think. Don't worry about liking a friend as more then a friend. I like a guy friend more than just a friend. It is working out great for me.
Sorry if i took your question the wrong way. Just tell me if i did...
