Clay masks are great too. They remove excess oil, calm down your skin [redness] and tighten pores. Plus they're fun. St. Ives, Biore, and Mudd all make them. The last one, it's a great product but I can only find it at CVS stores.
For a more short-term solution, use moisturizer and a dab of concealer to "fill-in" pores. Make sure to wash it off, or the problem will get worse literally overnight.

LEAVE iT THERE /&&/ LET YOUR PORES ABSORB THE MOiSTURE /&&/ HEAT.
PUT THE TOWEL AROUND YOUR HEAD. LiKE HOOVERiNG iT.
TO COVER THE GAPS WHERE THE HEAT WONT ESCAPE.
THEN QUiCKLY MOVE OVER TO THE iCE BOWL.
THiS WORKS BECAUSE WHEN YOU LEAVE YOUR FACE iN A HOT AREA, iT OPENS UP ALL THE PORES /&&/ CLEANSES THEM. THEN THE iCE HELPS BY SHUTTiNG THEM CLOSE QUiCKLY.
iN A RESULT YOUR PORES WiLL BE MiNiMiZED.
TRUST ME i DO iT ALL THE TiME.
