losing weight how can i possibly lose significant weight on my arms, stomach, and my legs, the latter without losing weight in my thighs?? thanx in advance for any tips =]

You can't. When you lose weight, it affects all of your body, not just one part. ]
You can't. When you lose weight, it does it from all areas at once. And anyways, why would you want to keep thigh fat? =P ]
