If they're used properly, then they shouldn't break.
Condoms can break a few ways though. Sometimes they're made wrong, sometimes they're not used properly & they expire so it's best you check the box before you have sex again.

well. I can't really give you the chances. but i can tell you, there are onyl 3 reasons i can think of that a condom would break:
1. It's faulty, made too thin, or wrong.
2.(the MAIN reason) people misuse it, wearing mroe than one, or not putting it on properly.ect.
3. It's past the expiry date. Yes, Condoms DO expire.
