banana boat makes an awesome tanning lotion. it's in a dark brown bottle, and comes in spf 15, 8, and 4. i usually stay out there for an hour total, and spend thirty minutes on each side. ]
for a summer tan you can use the same lotions you use in the booth..it actually works better outside i think. If you want a dark tan use a oil with an sph of 4 in it if your already tan and 8 if you aren't. I prefer the lotions you use in the tanning bed because they are meant to get you dark and also have bronzers in them. If you are fair skin 30 min will do on each side. If you tan well and hour to and hour and a half on each side. If you get burnt you can put vinegar on a clean towl and rub it in to your burn let it sit for 15 min and then wash it off. I gaurentee youll be sunburned free by the next morning. Better to do it at night. Hope i helped hun. ]
You need to keep yourself in the sun and out of the shadows. And you realy can't have a perfect tan without equal sun light to both sides of your body, so flipping yourself every half in hour maybe from your back to stomach should give you and equal tan line. ]
