theres this guy and we used to go out and stuff, and like than we broke up and i havent heard from him in awhile and now all of a sudden hes emailing me and saying he misses me and wants to talk to me again..and at first i was a bit iffy, but than i unblocked him but like, once i did we talked once, and than thats it. what does that mean? its pretty frustrating, if you know what i mean.

It means he's an ex. Just talk to him as a friend ad don't think anything else of it. Doing so is likely to get you hurt even if you don't realize that is what will probably happen. You and him broke up for a reason, going back to him will most probably help nobody. I mean you unblocked him and then talked once. Why worry about it? Right now you're letting it frustrate you when you could just take the fact you've talked even once as nice because you're just getting back in contact with an old friend. Don't think about it as an ex, think about it as an old friend. Have fun with it, but don't think on it more then friends.
