I've been dating a boy online for three and a half years now. We met on a Harry Potter website four years ago, and since then, we've started talking on MSN and Myspace. Through Myspace, I've met most of his friends from school. It's at the point that there's no chance whatsoever that he's some kind of online predator. Now, I really, really like this guy, but he lives pretty far away. I'm dieing to visit him--Every moment without him, my heart breaks a little more. But I need to know--How do I tell my mom about him? She'd be pretty mad that I've been keeping this from her for so long...

Wow, that's a long time. I am positive that your mother will not approve of this relationship, and she has good reason not to. If you two cannot meet in person then there is no relationship.
