Ashumms answered Wednesday August 1 2007, 9:06 pm: You can probably see these dots because you're not shaving with the hair growth. When you don't shave with the hair, you pull the follicles apart and make them seem larger, kind of like large pores. Shaving with the hair will keep the follicles closed and you won't be able to see them.
