I managed to find a site which may help you as well as give you all the details you need about working and knowing your rights when you work (handy especially since some employers can take advantage of the fact that you don't know where you stand when it comes to being employed). At your age you are going to be very hard pressed in finding a job, especially a high paying job. Since you are under 16 there are only a very limited number of places who will be able to employ you. You will only be allowed to work for a set number of hours as well as only allowed to be paid a specific amount (because of your age the national minimum wage will not apply).
The best advice I can offer you is to look online (a google search will give you hundreds of job vacanies/databases) as well as going out and asking around at stores and such. This will be the best way to look for jobs. Since you are wanting to work in London I assume you live close or in London? If so then this will be even better given how big london is as well as the number of stores around who might be in sarch of help. :]
