Question Posted Wednesday August 1 2007, 2:59 pm

My boyfriend's parents are getting a divorce and I can tell that it's hurting him when he talks about it. I told him that if he needs to talk about anything, he can come to me. Is there anything else that I can do to help him get through this?

Not really. This is a situation where its best to just let him know you're willing to listen, which you already did, and let things go. You really have no power in this whole deal, which may be painful to admit, but its necessary. Just be a friend, thats all you can do. Still, its a lot.
