everytime after my families get robbed, it says they want to see the ghost of the person who robbed them in their aspiration things. i cant figure out how to do that, and how do i know if the person is dead or not will their ghost come to the house?

I don't think a ghost can come to your house if the person didn't die in the house. If you click on the aspiration, it should say how to accomplish it. The grave has to be in their yard. I usually just let that goal pass. I'm sure if you google around and find a forum for the sims, they might have an answer. But I really don't think you can, sorry.
