i dont know what is wrong with my ipod. it turns on but it wonlt play the music, its not the headphones. does anyone know how i can fix this.

Did you put the volume up? If you did then it could be something to do with iTunes. Are you sure you pressed the correct button? (i am sure you did though-just cheking) I would ask your dad or mom if they know how to fix it. If not then you get an expet on iPods. Try:

Or you could ask this question on a forum or mabe ask your friends if they have iPods (probably someone that has had it for a while)
