I want to get mine done during the fall or winter so it can heal by next summer but I heard that it's bad to get one when you're young because you're still growing and it gets saggy. I'm 15 years old and I know a lot of people who get them at 10-12 but a lot of people advised me to wait or else it will get saggy, gross, and ugly and your body will outgrow it. Is that true? If it is, what age should I be when I get it done?
My friend has her bellybutton pierced & the piercer told her that the piercing would heal in 6 months, and if she wanted, she could change the ring in 3. It's good to wait because sagging can occur, but if you really want it done, then get it done.
Don't let the appearance of how it'll look later in life affect you. You're not going to have this piercing when you're 80, so why does it matter? Do what you want. =) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

Hope i helped. [ ccupcake07's advice column | Ask ccupcake07 A Question ]
