My hair is currently armpit length..but i'm thinking of cutting it chin-length.
It gets oily really fast..like i'll wash it in the morning, and by the end of the day, my bangs and roots are gross.
I know it gets oily from my scalp because it's producing a lot of oils
So i'm wondering, is it logical to think that because my hair is kind of long, it is getting weighed down and being pressed on to my scalp more, causing it to get oily faster?
And that if I cut it short..will it be lighter and my hair won't get oily so fast ?
Also, any other tips for my nasty hair are welcome [=
viciousxpunk answered Monday July 30 2007, 8:04 pm: im not sure if your hair being longer is making it more likely to get oily faster, however, with a shorter hair cut your hair will be lighter and easier to clean. also, if it is thinned out some it is less likely to get oily so fast.
