well i run and swim like 3-5 times a week.
im 140lbs/5ft/14/f.
i wanna know what will get the flab off my arms, like the part if you make like a T its on the bottom. like will running help, or what else should i do?
please help, thankss.
&i want it to be before school starts so like september 1st, the flab will be gone.
