trying to get slimmer, but w/ no muscle Does running outside every day for a long time make your legs slimmer, or will it just add muscle instead? if it adds muscle, how can I promote more weight-loss than muscle-growth?

the muscle you gain from running will just make your legs look skinny and toned, they definitely won't bulk up if you just run ]
There will be some muscle gain, but not much. Don't worry about it, you won't gain much muscles from running. ]
