I get a similar look by using
Cover girl's Fantastic Lash and Cover girl's Triple Mascara. Curl your eyelashes for a while too.

That's like 6 hours later. So the mascara is good.
You could get the same look by buying any XXL mascara, something that will thicken and give you length. If you curl your eyelashes before and after you apply mascara, it will work.

And line your top lid with a dark eyeliner.

Her eyelashes are natrual but I think that she has eyeliner on her top lid that extends her eyes. You could try using a liquid liner or just a normal liner on top and use some mascara.
