Try a new razor. If that's not the problem, use moisurizing (spelling?) lotion right after you shave to prevent the bumps. Aveeno is a really good brand. Also, like said below, maybe you're shaving too hard. Try to not press down so hard on the razor when you're shaving.

What part of your body are you shaving? If you are shaving your vagina, then yes, i get bumps too. I think there are products at like target you can buy, or specific shaving gell. What I usually do though is rub some some of taht clear antibiotic stuff on it(( i cant think of the name)) because i read to do that somewhere.

Before you shave, wash your legs with some expoliater or just scrub with a rough lufa, it will prep your legs for the shave.

If you don't shave your legs often then the reason you get them is because the skin isn't use to it, the more you shave the less razor burn you'll get.

Shave slowly, don't be in a rush or you will get razor burn.

Another reason you can get it is because you have sensitive skin, try using a skin soother afterwards. Or soothing moisturizer.
