How do you put in a tampon ?

Yes, it will work tomorrow. You don't have to use them repeatedly for them to become effective.

Also, just so you know, you don't bleed in the water. I'm not really going to go into detail here because it gets a little graphic. I assume you can figure it out. I've teted that theory.

There are directions inside of the box, well there should be at least. It should work if you're swimming unless you have an extremely heavy flow.
