Last summer me and this guy were close and i thought he liked me ,but then one day out of the bloom he got a girlfriend. so i think guys sometimes flirt with girls when there bored.
But if he has a girlfriend beware, your friends with him , dont mess up his relationship.

Anyway- I think that most guys are naturally flirtatious. I know that I am. Even when I was going out with my ex-girlfriend- I was still flirty to friends that are girls. That doesn't mean I like them- it just means that I don't change how I act regardless of my relationship status. That doesn't mean I'm not faithful to a girlfriend- it just means I'm being myself. This guy could be like me, but since he has a girlfriend.. he most likely likes her..
If you ever want to know for sure- just ask him. You shouldn't feel embarrassed to ask.
I don't suggest coming in between the relationship already set in stone. That never ends well.

Don't flirt back with him if he's got a girl, that's not cool. How would you like your boyfriend flirting with some girl? And think about how you would feel if the girl flirted back, knowing that you were his girlfriend.
Wait for him to be single, don't let him string you along.
