Does anyone know what Paintshop or Photoshop could have made a picture like this?:

I don't know the answer, but I just want to comment to say that there is actually a such thing called Paint Shop Pro. The person below me said there wasn't, but you're right.

I think you can do that with either program, Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop, if you're skilled. You know what's weird? I've seen my friend's picture and she has one kind of like that - with cute additions to her photo like bubbly letters and tiaras and sparkles but only because she was in a country where the photobooths are like that and you can actually do that! Cool, huh? Japan/Korea/etc. I think you can find one in Chinatown, NY or Flushing, NY somewhere because I think that's one way to make a cute picture like that.
