Hey, I have this friend who is anorexic, but she doesn't think so. even her doctor says it's unhealthy to be how small she is. She's 17, 5 inches and 5 feet, and she weighs 87 pounds. I'm really worried about her. I love her so much. She doesn't want to get help because she says she doesn't need it. she thinks she fine. She says she doesn't eat when she is stressed out and she's always stressed out. he ex boyfriend gives her a hard time, so life just sucks for her. She doesn't want to die or anything so she's not starving herself to death. i don't know why she is doing it? i just need to know what should i do about her problem

I have this problem, but i'm not that skinny. I think you need to tell your friend, how much you're worried about her, like not over the phone, or online. in person. just tell her how its really hurting you, to see her doing this to herself. that sorta thing. i'm surpised her doctor doesn't stick a tube in her, for her to get food? i guess you have the choice. whats her parents say about this? just really be there for her. and just try to make her understand how you feel.
