yeah, there are several ways to masturbate with your clothes on. You can "ride the seam" which is done sitting down. If you can somehow maneuver the seam of your pants to your clit, then you sort of ride on it by gyrating your hips against the chair sort of. You can even do that 1 in public.
I like to use a sonicare toothbrush with plastic wrap over the brush head (so i won't get discharge in the brush) and I put the flat end on my clit. It's sooooooo intense and amazing. I also put a venus vibrance razor into my vagina. I do both of these at the same time and it makes me orgasm every time.
You can also put your cell on vibrate. I've done it before as a last resort but it wasn't very good because it only stays on vibrate for like 2 seconds and you have to keep putting it back on. (at least that's how it is on my phone)
