I'm 17, and 110 lbs. I am not very fat at all..except my stomach! I find myself constantly sucking it, and even then, it doesn't help! I have inches and inches of fat on my stomach that I can not wear tight knits bc it shows my tummy too much. I've been working out for months..but nothing helps! I do lots of cardio..and still, no weight loss. Any advice?

- Don't drink soda. Water is best.
- Eat three to five SMALL meals a day.
- Eat small snacks, two per day, because that way your metabolism will work faster because you aren't going to be starving yourself to the next meal.
- Run at least three times a week, or more, after dinner.
- Try avoiding foods in lots of fats, light is the way to go ! [:

My mom told me that if you do sit ups, & other ab workouts, you're just going to build muscle on top of the fat causing it to never really disappear so cutting back on fats would be the first step, I guess. Good luck [: [ xOalmaOx's advice column | Ask xOalmaOx A Question ]
