why are males more horny it seems like

Males are more hornier because they are governed by a Sex Drive. The sex drive is a lot harder to handle in their teens, but if theyre worth your time they will have their pants on and keep them that way.

Everyone's different, mind you. But I do know what you mean.

Teens [and young people in general] are hornier because of their hormones. Teens go through alot of changes [between ages 13-21] which might help with the horniness, too.
